"We had never thought of selling, but suddenly Citymesh came knocking on our door. With our years of collaboration and our expertise connecting so nicely, the choice for an alliance was actually logical," says Gust Dierckx, the man at the helm at DNCS.

"TowerEye is my brainchild, but if the company and our employees can grow and prosper through this collaboration, then I will resolutely choose so. I will continue to focus on further driving value for DNCS." "TowerEye is an important step towards fulfilling our vision of delivering exceptional connectivity and innovative solutions at festivals and events. A merger of two exceptionally talented teams, that will push the boundaries of what is possible in connectivity and security together," Mitch De Geest, CEO of Citymesh.

"A true 1+1=3 story," adds Niels Van den Heuvel, business manager at TowerEye. "By combining our knowledge of security systems, networks and mobile cameras with Citymesh's network and telecom expertise, we can service our customers in a much broader way, both in our offerings and types of customers. The teams are coming along and we look forward to growing our products, services and people."

Carlo Waelens, general manager of Citymesh Flex, emphasises the synergy: "Festivals and events are dynamic environments where innovation and connectivity are essential. The collaboration with TowerEye, such as at the Cycling World Cup and Les Ardentes, strengthens our ability to offer a complete package of connectivity, security and mobile cameras. Together, we are ready to support the festival of the future and fulfil our European ambitions.

"Gust Dierckx confirms, "Citymesh offers TowerEye the opportunity to grow further and allows our people to excel in an optimal environment. "This fits perfectly into our strategy of developing our services and talents."
